If you already have a phone and are interested in one of the SIM card only plans all you have to do is contact your current provider and find out how much it will cost to unlock your phone. You can also purchase a new unlocked phone, though this will be more expensive, the money you save on monthly service could make it worth the extra expensive of the phone.
